For over 50 years, EHRT has been a world leader in the design and manufacture of punching and bending machines for copper, aluminum and steel bars, renowned for their high precision and reliability. Specially designed for the most demanding applications, such as the manufacturing of electrical cabinets, enclosures, distribution boards and data centers, these machines meet the specific needs of the international electrical industry.
EHRT stands out in particular thanks to the invention of the bending process with spring back compensation, developed by its founder. This innovative process achieves exceptional precision in the bending of flat materials, thus solving specific problems associated with the construction of power electrical cabinets.
Handling system
EHRT offers modular and flexible solutions for the automatic feeding of its punching machines. Whether through complete automation such as Gantry, an automatic but compact system such as AMZ, or an ergonomic and semi-automated option such as FlexLoad, these systems optimize production, reduce human intervention and facilitate stock control.
Punching machines
EHRT offers two types of punching machines: FlexPunch and Holecut Professional. FlexPunch is a modular machine, ideal for small and medium production runs. It allows for quick tool changes. Its compact version offers the same advantages in a smaller format. The Holecut Professional HC 60 and HC 80 models are designed for high industrial production rates. Robust and powerful (up to 785 kN). Compatible with automation, they offer reliable and continuous production.
Bending Machines
EHRT offers several bending machine models for precise bending of metal bars up to 20 mm thick. The EB20 model provides a bending force of 222 kN and is perfectly suited for small and medium series. It features a modular design with quick tool changes. The EB40, more powerful with 344 kN, is ideal for thicker bars while maintaining high precision. Finally, the EB40 Professional E, designed for demanding industrial environments, is fully electric, energy-efficient, low-noise, and allows for remote maintenance. All these models integrate the patented spring back compensation technology, ensuring precise and repeatable bending with every use.
